IPL Player Auction 2012 at Mysore Hall, Bangalore was full of suspense and surprises. One of them is of R. P. Singh who will play for Mumbai Indians for the next two seasons. Mumbai Indians got R. P. Singh at the cost of $600,000 which in INR comes to Rs. 30,000,000. Indian cricketers have to be paid in INR as per BCCI guidelines.
In an Auction at Bangalore, lots of franchises were interested in R. P. Singh but finally Mumbai Indians successfully won the bid at $600,000. R. P. Singh is a cricketer from India who will fill role of Bowler in Mumbai Indians.
Earlier, R. P. Singh was up for sale at base price of $200,000 but went up due to bids from other franchise teams of Indian Premier League at auction held in Bangalore. But at last, R. P. Singh will play for MI for upcoming IPL 2012.
